Run in terminal

$ sudo chmod a+x your_app_image.AppImage
$ ./your_app_image.AppImage

https://github.com/TheAssassin/AppImageLauncher/releases you can download appimagelauncher rpm or deb or source code After install appimagelauncher, just you can run by double click .AppImage file. Also you can add the app in your application list.
